Judge Napolitano on Speaker Boehner’s Lawsuit Against President Obama – What is going On?
Judge Napolitano video – as usual – does an outstanding job explaining this mess
1. You and I as individuals or Boehner as an individual have no “Standing” in the Court’s eyes – – They would throw out the case or not hear it on the basis of no “standing”.
2. House Speaker Boehner is filing the case as the Speaker of the House of Representatives – – -thus he has “standing”
3. The Courts will not NOT hear it because they reason that the People should make this decision and historically they usually choose to not get involved in a controversial Political mess
4. Result – – Boehner’s actions are GRANDSTANDING – – Nothing will come of this
5. Solution – – -there is only one Constitutional Solution and Boehner does not have the backbone nor direction from this handlers to stand on principles

Further, the delay with the court case will be long enough so that Impeachment will be out of picture as we go into 2016 elections. Boehner and Obama are in my mind being controlled by the same controllers who reside in the Council of Foreign Relations – see my forthcoming book – Who’s Next?
Appease the public but do nothing and let Obama continue with his wrecking ball on the American heritage – – – to set the stage for the New World Order – a switch from Aristotelian principles of Law to that of the Plato’s principles of a King or Emperor who can override the legislature – based on his persona views.
It appears that we have to wait until 2016 to get rid of this wrecking ball. I just hope that there is some china left in the cabinet so that we can have a celebration party when he is gone! Not to fear, the victory party will taste just as well out of paper plates! This is a great nation and we will survive and grow in spite of his New World Order destruction!
