HAARP – WHAT IS IT?

HAARP

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is stated to be a scientific research program designed to study the ionosphere of the earth and its effects on communication. HAARP is essentially a large ELF radio wave generator in Alaska funded by the Department of Defense in conjunction with the University of Alaska. It was started in 1993 and ran until May 2013. The Air Force expressed plans to dismantle the facility unless it can locate an alternate source of funding.

FASCIST GOVERNMENT

HAARP has been a mysterious item popping up in the press and on the internet since 1993. If you read my Blog, you know that I do NOT trust many of the so-called “managers of our destiny” in government – elected and bureaucratic – because they have been coopted by the large corporations through MONEY and their army of DC representatives called “lobbyists”. We are no longer a Republican Democracy – rather, we have a Fascist government where the large corporations are telling the representatives what to do and when to do it. If you do not believe that, consider the following laws that were not created by members in Congress, not read by them, not discussed by them, not understood by our Congress before they enacted them as Law – – really “dictates from the large corporations that funded their creations and provided them to the Congress via their Lobbyists”.

• Patriot Act – Removal of the Constitutional 10 Amendments
• NDAA – Removal of 1871 Comistatus ACT – No Federal Troops in states unless asked there by Governor” Project “Jade Helm”
• Obamacare – National Health care – socialized medicine
• TPP – removal of our sovereignty
• Agenda 21 – extensions into government and education – removing local power over representatives – – -“The U.N. says we have to do it”

HAARP PROGRAM

The HAARP program has been around and funded since 1993 as a Top Secret project. I believe that initially it was put in place for STATED REASON – weather modification but the REAL REASON – – military weapon. It has been funded primarily through the military budget and hidden. These are my beliefs but I, nor anyone else, can prove or disprove my theory because most of the information was classified and is still classified. Only the head of this “iceberg” is allowed to be seen. Also, other nations have caught on and are building their own HAARP fields. This says that the modern day “cannon” for our military may be earthquakes, tornadoes, floods and strange weather – – – have you noticed any of that over the last 10 years? The establishment’s cover is the emotional, non-scientific concept of “global warming”.
You cannot hide the size of the antenna fields nor the drain on the electric grid when these high frequency radar fields are activated. Thus, “weather modification” experiments are used as cover. Do HAARP fields exist? – Yes. Can they be used for weather modification? – probably yes. Can they be used for military weaponry? – probably yes. Have they been used in both spheres – – probably yes. Please read it and stay informed. It could affect you tomorrow in strange weather patterns but you would never know that they were caused by HAARP. The government is in a constant state of denial that provides them the cover of “plausible deniability”. My position is that since we are paying for it, it should be made public – philosophy, experiments, results and plans for the future.
